How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
– Production: Processing Time:All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 4 – 7 business days, specially Hockey Jersey will take additional 7-8 business days.
– Shipping: The Standard Shipping: Most apparel items are:
- $6.99 for one item shipped domestic
- $7.99 for the one item shipped product to the rest of the world
- If over one item, you still only pay $6.99 for any additional items shipped domestic and 7.99$ per each additional product to the rest of the world
– Estimated Delivery: Items typically takes 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. But in this pandemic period, it could get some delay.
Our shipping methods being currently available is DHL Global Mail. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped y ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Please provide your full address and check before completing the order. For any address errors that cause the package to fail in transit, we will not take responsibility. In case of insufficient address, Please understand that it’s not our fault and we already pay the cost to make the product to send you … Because the package has been sent if the address is interrupted it will be kept at the local warehouse, not returned to our country, so the shipping agent of my country can’t change the address, only provided the local post phone to let the customer contact. We can’t contact any local post directly, only you to contact the local post to change the address to get the parcel
If you detect the wrong address after ordering, please update it within 3 days of ordering. When the package has been sent, we can’t change your address. If incorrect shipping address, the treatment of the carrier: : Customers call the local post office to provide the correct address to resend. If it is not resolved for a long time, it will be transferred to an overseas warehouse and directly destroy. We will not take any responsibility if the customer provides the wrong address.
If there is a problem with the logistics of all the orders, please inquire about the package status within 60 days after placing the order. After 60 days, the logistics company will not check the order again, and we will not provide reissue or refund services.
Orders with problems, such as: address problems, the recipient did not complete customs clearance in time, resulting in the destruction of the package, we will not provide reissue or refund services

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometime we will not provide you with tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.
Note: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you may experience shipping delay for several days. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this period.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global Mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.
